Preforeclosure Help and Helping Others

As previously explained, Lend a Helping Hand's foreclosure and preforeclosure help programs were established to provide assistance to those who are in foreclosure or preforeclosure to avoid the foreclosure process. We are here to help those who feel there may be no help for them to prevent this from occurring. It is our mission to provide the means and take whatever steps are necessary to avoid mortgage foreclosure, stop the preforelosure process and help them recover from their financial setback that has caused this situation. It is our hope that we will be able to give them hope. It is also our hope to help others less fortunate in need of hope. In working with so many individuals who are in such dire need of help, we realize how fortunate we are to be in a position to provide hope to those individuals and want to share what we have with others. A portion of the fees that we receive for the foreclosure and preforeclosure help services we provide will go to help support several charities including Autism Awareness, The Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Susan G.
